THE WOOD ELEMENT

Wood is the energy of spring; think about the buds bursting from the ground, of the green signifying the end of winter, of the upwards motion of all life as it reaches for a new beginning. 

It is healthy to feel energetic in the spring, with renewed purpose and a clear vision. It is the perfect season to make new plans, look forwards, make decisions and above all to take action.

The Wood Element is about new possibilities and clear direction, renewal and hope.  When this element is out of balance we feel frustrated, angry and become snappy or shout.
