How do I place an order?

All available products can be ordered and paid for in the online shop. You can also order by telephone or email and then pay by cheque if you prefer. Payment details will be given when you order.

Payments & shipping?

Payment is taken via paypal at the time of ordering. Orders are usually despatched within 3 days, if the item is out of stock we will email to let you know the expected delivery date.  Shipping within the UK is charged at £4.95 per order, outside the UK please email first for cost.  If the order exceeds 2kg it may be sent by courier. The delivery aim of all these services is 3 working days from dispatch.

Secure ordering & Payment Options

All online payments are taken securely via paypal. You do not need a paypal account to make a purchase. Your contact details will only ever be used by us in relation to your purchase. If you would like to receive news/updates/offers please subscribe to the mailing list. 
You may order over the phone or via email. Payment will be by cheque and will be arranged with you at the time of ordering.

Terms, Returns & Refunds

Terms and Conditions applicable to all order methods.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are buying as a consumer you have the right to cancel your order. This right starts when you make your order and ends 14 calender days after the day on which you receive the goods.

You can exercise your right to cancel by sending your notice of intention to cancel by email. If you cancel and the goods have not been dispatched your refund will be issued in full via your payment method within 7 working days. If you cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you are responsible for returning the goods. You must ensure you take reasonable care of the goods. On receipt of the undamaged, unused goods, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days via your payment method. You will be notified by email to advise the goods have been received and a refund issued. If goods are returned damaged or used a full refund will not be issued. You will be contacted within 7 working days to discuss the matter and reach a resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Although a rare occurrance,  if your order should arrive damaged or is incorrect, please inform us immediately and we will happily rectify. Depending on the order value and type of damage, photographic evidence may be required.
